Do you have the data collection tools that meet our workforce’s needs?
ANS:-Spring offers a range of options for both quantitative and qualitative data collection. We field online surveys through https secure links to capture confidential, anonymous responses. We also offer telephone, IVR (interactive voice response), paper surveys with in-house scanning and kiosk/touch-screens for hard to reach populations. We field surveys for organizations from 1,000 to more than 150,000 employees in more than 25 languages around the world. We have trained, experienced interviewers that can conduct interviews and moderate focus groups both online and in-person.
We pride ourselves on the integrity of our research and ensure that each project is consistent with the CASRO Code of Standards and Ethics.

Do you have experience working with my type of organization?
ANS:-In our 20 years of operation, we have worked with clients across nearly all industries from manufacturing to transportation and services. We work with organizations that range from smaller, privately held firms to Fortune 50 multinationals and we analyze survey results and conduct qualitative research for some of the largest organizations in the world. We are most effective with companies and employee groups who are focused on reducing costs and risks and improving productivity and revenue. Our expertise is in understanding and measuring human behaviors, which cuts across all industries and employee groups.
-
What types of reports are available?
ANS:-Spring provides multiple levels of reports – executive strategy presentations for senior leadership, people strategy and recommendations for HR and online dynamic reports for location and field managers. Executive and HR presentations are typically conducted in-person and include a review of findings, implications on strategic objectives and recommendations to improve performance.
Manager and scorecard reports are available through Spring’s reporting portal and include unit profiles and top 3 priorities for focus. The reporting portal is a tool that allows organizations to easily disseminate results and managers to sort and trend data. It also includes an action planning module to enter plans, submit for approval and track progress.

How can I get executive and management buy-in for engagement?
ANS:-From our experience, most organizations approach employee engagement as score keeping and little more. Indeed, according to recent data from the Institute for Corporate Productivity, only one in four CEO’s believe they are receiving a positive ROI on their engagement efforts.
Our Performance-Based Engagement approach is more than a benchmark survey of standard questions -- our research is closely tailored to real business needs and provides information that supports the real decisions managers have to make. We quantify the relationships between engagement and productivity, such as sales per order, and engagement and costs, such as absenteeism, to produce operational and financial measures for engagement. Integrating engagement with business objectives and measures allows executives and managers to see the value of engagement as a performance driver.

We specialize in offering custom research that goes beyond the basics and helps our clients solve the most complex to the simplest of business challenges.
