Dr. Fiona Jamison is passionate about making our clients see the value in their employees. She is obsessed with making Spring a fun place to work.  Raised in England her unwavering Britishness brings a unique perspective to the office. Patience and laughter are two essentials forming her foundation for balancing work at Spring and life at home with her crazy dog and two little munchkins.



Enthusiastic about helping both clients and Spring’s staff create their own unique path forward. Passionate about bringing data to life through qualitative research. Patti proudly serves as Spring’s resident expert on all things Canadian. When not on the road, Patti can be found at home planning her family’s next road trip with her husband and three tykes.


VP of Research & Consulting

Intrigued by the interpersonal relationships that drive an organization, Jennifer is happiest when she is sifting through data to unearth insights that can help improve the employee work experience. A former Alaskan, Texan and Ohioan, and Pennsylvanian, Jennifer is settled in California with her husband and their fat cat.


Senior Project Director

Ben is passionate about data visualization and is always looking for unique and compelling ways to communicate information clearly and effectively.   Born and raised in Philadelphia, Ben is a problem solver who is focused on helping Spring exceed its goals. When he is not at the office, Ben enjoys watching and playing baseball.


Lead Developer

John and our other lead developers are busy imagining and building Spring’s newest reporting site platform.  He is known for churning out creative solutions to a wide variety of challenging survey requirements.  John has over 15 years’ experience in web development, web analytics, SEO, UI design, and quality assurance. Outside of work, John is a serious musician.  He’s been active as a choral conductor for more than a decade.


Project Director

MacKenzie is passionate and intrigued by employee research, she eagerly helps clients drive change in their organizations. MacKenzie also enjoys using her marketing degree and expertise to assist Spring’s marketing efforts and run the Spring Twitter account. Outside the office, MacKenzie has a passion for community service through her local Rotary and enjoys doing yoga.



Beth is Spring’s money-keeper and chaser aka THE Accountant. Beth brings to the company over 25 years of accounting experience. She strives to make the office a social, fun workplace. As good as she is at managing the books, she’s even better at managing her household, where she runs a tight ship over her husband, her three adult children, and last but not least, her most precious cargo, her dogs.


Lead Developer

Perry is in part responsible for creating, extending and maintaining Spring’s distributed cloud-based platforms for surveying, reporting and action-planning. When not meticulously building and maintaining Spring’s technical offerings, Perry enjoys, in his words, “the standard computer nerd stuff. He recently moved to California and enjoys all things Cali from our West Coast offices.


Senior Director

Intrigued by data that informs change, Megan has a policy research background in mental health and developmental disabilities. Using these skills, Megan excitedly explores and provides valuable data to clients.  Outside of the office, Megan can be found further exploring her native Philadelphia, baking to satisfy her sweet tooth, running with her husband, and hanging out with their dog and cat.


Lead Developer

Becky is involved in the creation, extension, and maintenance of Spring’s surveying, reporting, and action-planning platforms.  With a degree in Computer Science and Business, Becky loves getting to pull from both her technical skills and business expertise to help move Spring forward in the industry.  When she doesn’t have her nose to the keyboard, Becky enjoys cooking (not baking!) a fresh meal for her husband and little man, playing soccer, and going for long runs


Senior Analyst

Laura is currently completing her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and writing her dissertation on organizational culture and employee engagement. She loves applying her analytical skills to improve the lives of employees, and in turn increase retention and performance for the companies that she works with. When she’s not working, she loves to bake, knit, and laze around with her husband and two dogs.



While recently retired, Robert’s legacy lives on at Spring. His passion for client customer service, helping clients to improve their business performance, and providing a great place to work for Spring employees continues to be the foundation of Spring’s mission and values.  For anyone who knows Robert, he continues to share his wisdom and stories with those in the industry.


Customer Research Director

Diana works with Spring’s consumer research clients. She takes great effort to understand their strategic initiatives and research needs, then delivers the best possible solution to provide actionable insights. Originally born and raised in Florida, Diana enjoys most activities that involve water whether that is fishing, swimming, or just enjoying a nice book on a sunny day at the beach.



Sue’s passion is helping people and organizations achieve new levels of performance by helping them solve their most pressing people challenges. Sue partners with her Spring colleagues to complement their data analytics with practitioner insights and approaches. She views the engagement experience and leadership as business improvement strategies.
